This equipment is suitable for PET, PA, PP, PE and other polymer materials, through extrusion press filtration test pigments, additives, masterbatches and polymer modified resin and other polymer filtration performance and pressure value.

The working principle of the filter performance tester: the test raw material is first melted by the single screw extruder, homogenized, and then transported by the melt pump through the filter screen to the die head, the instrument measures in real time, records the melt pressure change curve before the filter screen, and automatically analyzes and calculates the filter pressure value, the test results are automatically output, the interface is intuitive, and the data is accurate.
