Metering and extrusion: Driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the melt gear metering pump precisely controls and ensures the quantitative and stable extrusion of polymer melt to the spinning assembly. The precise metering function of the metering pump is crucial to the accurate control of the properties of two-component materials.


Molding and testing: In the spinning assembly, the melt is filtered, distributed, and pressed into a porous spinneret. Under the high-speed drawing action of the winding roller, the fiber strands are formed by cold solidification in the air cooling zone, and finally by the winding machine. At the same time, the equipment monitors and tests the strength, fineness, tensile properties and other performance indicators of the fiber bundles in real time.
